Your clients need a DBA, you may not
Small and mid-sized companies run their ERP, accounting or line-of-business software on SQL Server. When the database slows down, a migration is due or a restore fails, they turn to their IT provider. Hiring a full-time senior DBA rarely makes sense for an integrator, but leaving the request unanswered weakens the client relationship.
We bring that expertise when you need it, so you do not have to carry it alone.
Two ways to work together
Declared subcontracting
You keep the contract and remain your client's main contact. We work as your SQL Server specialist partner, and our reports go to you so you stay in control.
White label
We work under your name, with your ticketing tools, your procedures and your report templates. As far as your client is concerned, your team solved the problem.
What we take on for your clients
- SQL Server audits: a full health check, useful in pre-sales and when you take over a managed services contract.
- Incident escalation: slowdowns, blocking, deadlocks, restores or database corruption, with measured performance tuning.
- Migrations and upgrades, including moving off SQL Server 2016 (out of support since July 14, 2026), to the cloud or to Kubernetes.
- Part-time remote DBA services built into your managed services contracts.
- High availability and disaster recovery: Always On, log shipping, restore tests.
- Secure AI agents for operations, with human approval and an audit trail.
Our commitments to our partners
- Non-solicitation. We never approach the clients you bring us.
- Confidentiality. We can sign an NDA before the first technical discussion.
- Your methods. We work in your tools, following your procedures and service levels.
- Knowledge transfer. Commented scripts and written procedures: your technicians learn with every case.
- Clear terms. Fixed price or time and materials, agreed before each engagement.
Based in the south of France, working across Europe
Samix Technology is based in Saint-Cyprien, near Perpignan. We are starting our partnerships with integrators and MSPs in the Pyrénées-Orientales and the wider Occitanie region, from Narbonne to Montpellier and Toulouse, and we work with partners elsewhere in France and Europe too. We are happy to meet your team and your clients on site.
How to get started
- A 30-minute call to understand your business, your clients running SQL Server and what you are missing today.
- A first client case, often an audit or a slowdown to diagnose, to test the collaboration on a real situation.
- A recurring arrangement, if it suits you: response times, escalation path and deliverable templates.
